Does this camera need to be connected to a power adapter?

The 4k wifi security camera needs to be powered by the DC 12V power adapter included in the package. The 4k outdoor security camera also supports POE power supply technology, which is convenient for you to use with POE NVR.

How to turn on/off the auto cruise function?

Turn on automatic cruise: Open the [Preset Position] of CamHipro APP, set more than 3 preset points → input [41] → click [Call] to start.

Turn off automatic cruise: Remotely control the rotation of the gimbal, and the camera stops automatic cruising.

How to turn on/off the floodlight?

Floodlight on/off depends on the 4K camera night vision mode:

Color Night Vision: Floodlight on.

Infrared night vision: Floodlight is off, and the infrared light is on.

Intelligent Night Vision: Activate the floodlight only when a person is detected.

How to reset all preset positions?

Open the [Preset Position] of CamHipro APP → enter [40] → click [Settings] to reset all preset positions.
