It is a fully automatic digital blood pressure monitor designated for adults used at home.

It enables very fast and reliable measurement of systolic and diastolic blood pressure as well as pulse through the oscillometric method.

Our Product has no use of mercury and the stethoscope,so the monitor is safe and simple to use.

Warming:

1,Do not use batteries and the AC adapter to provide power at the same time.

2,Remove the battery if the device is not likely to be used for a long time.

3,No Battery should be installed while using the AC adapter.

Note:

Do not Eat,Smoke or do any exercise before taking the measurement,These activities will affect the accuracy of the result.Relax for 10mins before measurement,and relax for 30mins after intensive exercise.

If it can’t detect your pulse which I take to mean you don’t have the BP cuff positioned correctly it ends the measurement as well. So I highly suggest reading the instruction booklet to learn how to attach it to your wrist and take the test properly to increase the accuracy of the results.
